Adults Residential Support Worker, Birmingham, £9.81 per hour, Birmingham City Council

Your new company
Hays are currently recruiting Adult's Residential Support Workers on behalf of Birmingham City Council. You will be working across a number of adult's residential homes in the Birmingham region on a shift basis (hours to suit your own availability, this is an amazing opportunity to earn an extra income whilst making an impact).

Your new role
Your new position as a Adult's Residential Support Worker will be supporting elderly people within homes ensuring they receive the highest levels of care and support which is appropriate to their individual needs and independence. You will be paid at £9+ per hour with weekly pay every Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
Every applicant MUST have a Level 2 Diploma OR NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. We unfortunately are not able to take your application any further if you do not obtain this qualification at grade Level 2 or higher. You MUST also have minimum 6 months experience working in a similar setting with Adult's. It is essential that you have experience with all major service providers. Please note some aspects of personal care will be required where necessary so you must be comfortable with carrying out such duties to ensure the residents are fully looked after against local authority guidelines.
