HR Administrator/Assistant/Co-ordinator
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Duration: c2 months (there is a possibility this role could be a temp to perm role – TBC)

This firm is currently growing and therefore this individual will be required to support the growth through a period of acquisition. You will help support the administration required on a key TUPE project.

The main focus of the role will be manual data entry of employer/employee data on to a new HR system, scanning paper documents, uploading and collating the required documents and consents. Supporting the HR Business Partner ensuring all TUPE documents are signed and uploaded along with right to work documents.

We are seeking an experienced HR administrator who is a quick worker with a real keen eye for detail and discretion around personal data. A basic understanding of holiday calculations/continuous service dates etc. would be preferred but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to gain some valuable experience supporting a TUPE project
