Are you currently a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to become a Team Leader and looking for that next step on the career ladder?

Balfor Recruitment is a privately owned recruitment consultancy and has been established for 21 years. Our area of expertise is Education and Health and Social Care Recruitment. We specialise in providing Schools, Universities and Colleges with teachers and support staff. In addition we provide staff to residential care homes. We have a great opportunity within our Birmingham office for an experienced Senior Consultant who is looking for that next move into a Team Leader role or even a Business Managers role.

We have a great location in Brindley Place and are easily accessible by car or public transport.

The role involves all aspects of recruitment including:
• Managing candidates: - Recruiting, interviewing and ensuring compliance.
• Developing client relationships: - Client visits and calls.
• Meeting KPIs as agreed with your line manager.
• Using initiative in order to be successful.
• Managing and leading a team of consultants.
• Training and Development
• Liaising with senior management and reporting figures.

You will need to have a recruitment background and ideally be familiar with Education and or Health & Social Care. You will need to be a confident, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. The ability to work under pressure is essential as is working as a team. You will be looking for a long term career move, therefore offering commitment and stability.
