Group Manager Childrens Services
The structure / size of the teams includes 35 workers across the Adoption and Fostering Services as well as 5 residential children homes with substantial staffing,
We are looking for the successful candidate to have sound experience at a service manager level, a good understanding of recruitment and support as well as a strong ability to manage residential homes.
Once in the role, the successful candidate will maintain the good / outstanding quality of the residential homes, aid in the management of the transfer into regional adoption and the implementation of the mocking bird model.
We are looking for someone with substantial experience working with children, young people and families in an appropriate setting and substantial relevant management and leadership experience.
All applicants MUST be a qualified Social Worker with a relevant SEND qualification and up to date HCPC and DBS.
