The Role

  • Dealing with all service, repair and warranty administration/paperwork
  • Liaise with service work planner to ensure jobs are booked efficiently
  • Ensure that all engineers have all paperwork and parts to carry out their work
  • Set-up and revise Service Agreements as required, updating database
  • Liaise with tankering and water testing companies etc to attend site and produce purchase orders as required for this work
  • Deal with customers queries and enquires, liaising with Service Manager as required
  • Compile quotations for parts and remedial work
  • Seek new service work; preparing and following up quotations
  • Organise own workload effectively
  • Communicate at all levels across all departments
  • Maintain and promote good customer relationships

Person Specification

  • Must have experience working within a service/ repairs department
  • Excellent keyboard skills
  • Customer communication skills
  • Team player
  • Strong prioritisation skills
  • Self motivated

Hours of work

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (however may have to be slightly flexible)

Salary

GBP16,000-GBP18,000 per annum
