We are looking for a fantastic Customer Service Administrator for a great company in the Stoke-on-Trent area. The company offers a friendly working environment and encourages you to grow with them as they seek to expand further.

The role is permanent and full-time with normal office hours, and your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Supporting the Regional Sales teams

- Inputting of customer orders

- Processing orders from start to end, taking ownership for the whole process

- Dealing with any queries that arise on the orders

- Liaising with internal departments including transport and warehouse

- Completing all administration tasks in line with the role expectations

- Being the main point of contact for all orders under your care

To be considered for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

- Experience in a similar role

- Customer Service & Administration experience within an office environment

- Microsoft Word & Excel

- Great communication, alphanumerical skills, and a professional telephone manner

The salary and benefits for the position are as follows:

- GBP18,500 per annum

- Pension Scheme

- Other benefits (to be discussed at interview)
