The successful candidate will be expected to work with College staff to produce accurate and workable timetables and maintain all aspects of timetable data using the College Student Records System (Unit-e), along with supporting College staff with the use of the Online Attendance system. You must provide high quality and timely data processing and use output reports for audit, optimisation and credibility checking ensuring accuracy and validity of data.

GCSE grade A-C in English and Mathematics (or level 2 equivalent), with experience of working within a College Information Services office and timetabling and register processes are all essential for this role. Experience of working with Unit-E and with CELCAT timetabling systems are desirable for this role.

There is a requirement to cover evening enrolments and some Saturday's on a rota basis.
