Topcashback is looking for a reliable, self-sufficient Partnerships Support Manager to manage our Partnerships Support team. The successful candidate will need to be able to work on their own initiative to improve processes within the team while maintaining high standards for clients.

The Role
The role will involve a high level of responsibility and the work you do will have a major impact on our members as well as the business as whole. On top of ensuring the offers are set-up correctly, the role involves optimising the promotions to ensure they are working as effectively as they could be.

The Partnerships Support team work alongside our London based partnerships team, making sure we deliver what we have promised to our clients. They add all the offers secured by the London team to our website as well as the fulfilment of email campaigns for clients. Within this role it is important to be accurate, responsive and friendly. Teamwork is important to us at TopCashback, also an essential attribute in this role with the two teams working very closely and being reliant on each other to achieve their goals.

The Candidate
The Partnerships Support Manager will work relentlessly on looking at how to make adding offers to the site more efficient, responses to clients quicker and optimising the performance of these offers on site. As well as the site content you will also be responsible for managing the email production and support.

Key Skills Required:
• You will be the sort of person who constantly asks why we do it that way and how we can do it better. You will strive to find improvements, knowing that lots of marginal gains will lead to significant improvements for the team’s performance
• As well as identifying improvements you will be comfortable outlining solutions, prioritising them and where needed putting together business cases for these ideas being progressed over other ideas
• Strong management skills, getting your staff bought into the team and company goals, creating a team culture of continuous growth, improvement and learning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, you will be responsible for both the site content and email content teams. A big part of this will be ensuring that offers are accurate but also optimised to get the best results for TopCashback and clients
• Ability to analyse data and understand how this can be used to improve our campaigns and results
• A good eye for detail, you will be ultimately responsible for site content being correct, offers being added and the team delivering what has been promised
• Good team player, happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
