Logistics industry based in Coventry.DescriptionAs Reward and Benefits Manager you will manage and implement the reward, recognition and benefits policies and procedures into the business ensuring all communications are as effective and efficient as possible.ProfileTo be considered for this role you must have experience ideally gained with the logistics sector. Having the experience of implementing management bonus scheme and changes to contract of employment. You must have a full in-depth understanding of Flexible Benefits Schemes, and are able to build working relationships with a range of people at all levels.Job OfferThe Reward and Benefits Manager will receive a basic salary of up £55'000K per annum.
