A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Recruitment HR Administrator to join a highly regarded, well known Residential Care Home, located in Malvern, Worcestershire.

If you are comfortable working within a homely atmosphere where residents are enabled to live as normal a life as possible, along with the desire to grow your skills within the recruitment and HR environment, then I want to hear from you!

Working closely with the Regional and Home Managers, you will be responsible for supporting the business with all aspects of the recruitment process from start to finish, including implementing the recruitment strategies to fill all vacancies, managing the hiring process, placing job ads, online recruiting sources and media management.

As well as a heavy involvement in recruitment, the HR Administrative side to the role will also require you to monitor ER-related occurrences and co-ordination of correspondence - take notes where required; co-ordination of performance appraisal and development process; updating Induction programme and compiling manuals; ensuring exit interviews are conducted to name a few.

To be successful in this role you must possess previous recruitment experience across multi-site operations, managing the full recruitment life cycle from inception to completion - including social media, marketing, advertising, interviewing and selection, be competent in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point and obtain or be studying toward CIPD HR Certification.

Due to location and the multi-site operational support required, own transport is essential.

The successful candidate will require DBS clearance with no cautions or convictions (including spent convictions)
