The purpose of this role is to provide the analytical skills,administrative support and accurate communication to the implementationcontrollers and key business stakeholders to deliver and assist in thedelivery programme of both new and existing space works to quality, timeand cost enabling new business capability and benefits realisationPrinciple Accountabilities Communicate project related activities to relevant key stake holdersensuring their preparatory tasks are undertaken and adhered to Responsible for the completion of project specific store hardwarerequests, ensuring that equipment is assigned to designated stores Ensure sufficient resources are assigned to enable the deployment ofactivities on an individual store basis Manage the communication to ensure all maintenance providers are awareof equipment changes Ensure daily and weekly updates are circulated to agreed projectspecific distribution list Manage all deployment issues ensuring that they are logged, trackedand followed through to completion via relevant support systems and documentation Manage third party project specific issues to resolution and confirmto the development lead as required Ensure that project activities are confirmed in line with thecountdown activity monitor Compile and distribute any information required by internal teams in atimely manner Provide administrative and business support to the ImplementationControllers and line manager via daily tasks and regularly share updateswith the team and line manager to drive improvements within this area Identify and drive key cost savings initiatives where possibledetailing and recording achievements to share with the wider teams Ensure all deployment activities are tracked and completed withinagreed timescales Be a central point of contact for all deployment and investmentissues, providing support as required and ensuring accurate and timelyupdates are recorded and advise on resolutions, consulting with relevantteams as required Escalation of high priority deployment issues to both internal andexternal teams through the correct reporting channels Determine trends in reported deployment and investment issues andrecommend procedural or technical improvements Contribute to Post Implementation Reviews to incorporate learnings infuture projects Provide out of Hours on call support on a rotational basis. Attend site meetings as and when required and agreed with the line managerMeasures of Success Successful delivery of the store investment and deployment programmewith zero incidents and within budget tolerance Effective working relationships with all associated internal andexternal teams Successful achievement of key personal KPI targets and objectivesResources available to the Job-Holder Project team resources as assigned, plus external stakeholders and providers Nominated individuals from those areas impacted by the project Support systems Level of Decision-making Authority Decisions as necessary to ensure successful completion of the storeinvestment and deployment programme in line with authority level and budgetEssential Knowledge, Skills & Experience Understands the impact to the business of specific projects and isable to effectively communicate both issue and impact to stakeholders ina timely manner Experience of operating successfully within a fast paced teamenvironment and cultivating strong working relationships with vendors Initiative to prioritise workload and manage task completion on their own Comfortable interacting with a variety of individuals in an articulatemanner via face to face and video calls Able to identify areas of improvement and to make things simple andpresent these in a professional manner to senior managers and key stakeholders Proven analytical and problem solving abilities and able to evidence these Ability to work calm and effectively under pressure Highly skilled in all MS applications specifically Office and Access Previous experience of working in a retail environment Interest in latest D&T developments, products and services Understands the importance of giving excellent customer service &strives for continued improvement Able to take responsibility for resolving issues and ensures it'saligned with team objectives without direction Reflects constructively on own work, looking for ways to improveefficiency and understands the impact of key decisions Communicate effectively with anyone in any environment, e.g. able totranslate complex / technical issues to meet the audience's competency level#LI-LS1 - provided by Dice
