I am currently recruiting on behalf of a successful company based in Walsall. They have an urgent requirement for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Engineer with a background in Software/Application support. My client is looking for someone who will be able to communicate confidently over the phone and deal with a variety of customer queries regarding the products they produce.

Service Desk - Software Support - EPOS

Key Skills:
* Strong knowledge of Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience within a customer facing technical support role
* Microsoft Applications
* Bespoke Software
* Windows 7 / 10
* software / application support

Even better if

*Previous experience with EPOS systems
* SQL
* Web development / CSS
