Reed HR are working with an international construction company to recruit for a Learning and Development Coordinator.

Due to relocation, this client who are leaders in their sector, are looking for an experienced L+D Coordinator to support the L+D Manager. This is an opportunity to work as part of a HR team of around 10.

My client are looking for a confident and proactive individual with excellent communication, IT and Excel skills.

Salary is very competitive between £25,000 and £30,000. Discretionary performance related bonus, 23 days holiday increasing to 25 after 2 years service.

Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to provide a coordination and first line L+D advice to the wider business and team.

Main Duties

? Training events coordination including venue booking, attendee invitation and feedback collation.
? Ensure training materials are updated; printed and are in place at the required locations.
? Maintaining employee records
? Monthly reporting duties - identifying trends and providing analysis
? Collate and analyse data producing reports as required
? Liaise with administrators and business PA’s regarding learning and development coordination
? Coordinate ICT distance learning programmes.
? Generate applications for certificates from awarding bodies.
? Lead administrator levy based systems
? Create data analysis reports as required
? Maintain LMS training records.
? Coordinate NVQ / QCF administration in conjunction with suppliers.

Person Specification

? Word and Excel to an intermediate level as a minimum
? Experience with LMS systems
? Experience collating and manipulating data
? Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
