DIGITAL OPERATIONS (OPS) MANAGER  

HPS GROUP – FULL SERVICE MARKETING AGENCY

LOCATION, MARLOW, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

SALARY: HIGHLY COMPETITIVE

IN A NUTSHELL

You will be responsible for the delivery of all connected campaigns throughout the agency. This will mean working in collaboration with agency partners, as well as our own internal teams to ensure that client projects are delivered on time, on budget and optimised.

THE SPECIFICS

We deliver multiple campaigns and you’ll be working with our in-house teams to schedule and deliver all digital activity for our clients. This could be content through to paid activity such as Facebook so you’ll need to understand your pixels, PPCs and impressions. 

You’ll be expected to know what campaigns are running and when while keeping a close eye on the budget spend and performance. With so many clients and campaigns you’ll need to work with the account teams to prioritise deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that the digital team deliver campaigns on time and to standard and that processes are set and adhered to across all digital activities
  • To generate a clear production schedule with comprehensive timelines to ensure these are met
  • To quickly identify any issues and act swiftly by escalating and communicating any concerns
  • Effectively managing a range of external suppliers
  • Employing a test and learn approach
  • Overseeing the team to ensure we have the right people in place to deliver the solutions across the group.  This will involve sourcing and appointing new suppliers and partnership agreements so that we have specialist resource in place to support our clients
  • Management of the paid delivery team (2 direct reports)
  • Working together with our Insight Team to deliver campaign summary reports, monthly reporting and any adhoc requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • Being great at planning, uber organised and having experience of delivering digital campaigns
  • You’ll also be a stickler for the finer things and have great attention to every little detail. With that in mind, we’d like you to sneak the word ‘rainbow’ into your CV or covering letter
