SAGE Support Analyst
I am currently looking for a support analyst to provide support across Payroll & Accounts SAGE 50 / SAGE 200.
This is an opportunity to join an award winning organisation who have experienced continued growth for the last 5 years
The support analyst will have either direct SAGE 50 / SAGE 200 support experience or will be a "super user" or Subject matter expert with-in a SAGE 50 or SAGE 200 user environment.
The role is to deliver telephone based SAGE, accounts and payroll support to external customers, however as my client also develop their own software to work in conjunction with SAGE, the analyst will also be trained to provide support of both the bespoke software and ACT (CRM).
This role can offer first class training and opportunity, with potential for progressing with in the business either through the support or development environment or into a formal SAGE training role.
