Ace Supplies is a Telford based small independent business looking to expand!
We are looking for an experienced warehouse manager to help the team achieve our growth targets. The role offers a wide range of responsibilities anchored in the maintenance and management of a varied stock profile and fulfilment of customer orders to achieve excellent customer service. The company has built a reputation as a niche distribution business focused on quality closure systems, marketed into a wide range of end markets.
Managing a small team, and working closely with the office staff, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 year's experience within a warehouse environment and would benefit from an all rounded experience. Good IT skills will be essential to increase efficiencies and best practices.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a small successful team. Experience in stock management, logistics, purchasing and management of external contractors, will be highly beneficial. The role will allow for the growth of responsibilities overtime, into a variety of areas and would suit someone that is looking to progress their career with broader experiences. Forklift and first aid accreditations will be beneficial for the successful candidate.
The hours are 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. There is free parking and good transport links.
The role offers 20 days holiday with the ability to build this up through long service.
The salary offered reflects a competitive market rate.
