Salary: £17,000 + an excellent benefits package including yearly bonus plus much more
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
The RZ Group is currently working closely with a large Financial Services company based in the Solihull area, they are looking to recruit a Processing Assistant to join the team based in Solihull.
The purpose of this role will be to support the accurate processing of payments in to and out of the in-house system and ensuring payment received is credited to clients' bank accounts whilst making sure it is reconciled accurately and efficiently. Further duties and responsibilities include:
- Ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and within deadline
- Ensuring accurate and timely deposit claims
- Assisting with checking and approval of transaction batches
- Identifying and testing procedural and system enhancements to ensure constant improvement to processes
- Action daily reports
- To regularly liaise with third parties and internal support areas
Experience and Skills Required:
- Experience working in an administration type role
- Accurate and conscientious
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Computer literate with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel would be beneficial
- Ability to problem solve and identify improvements to the current process and systems
