The Recruitment Administrator will be involved in the following tasks to support our Driving & Logistics Division

* Establishing the on-going staff needs of the Clients, through the development of a close working relationship with the branch Consultants
* Maintaining a pool of Candidates available for key active accounts
* Addressing any problems as they happen, identifying (with Manager) possible solutions and implementing them quickly
* Maintaining accurate, well organised documentation
* Ensuring that all applicants are carefully referenced, and fully compliant within both corporate and individual requirements, and according to transport regulations
* Maintaining communications with applicants and clients at all times
* Ensuring that complaint handling is resolved quickly and efficiently

This is a key role to support our delivery of an excellent level of service to our clients, candidates and workforce
