Senior Engineer/Engineering Manager- West Midlands

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Engineer/Engineering Manager in the technical team for a top residential developer who are also a FTSE 100 company. You will provide engineering support at all stages of the development, gaining technical and consents and providing advice to all other departments and selected contractors during construction. You will be looking after multiple sites across the West Midlands.

You will not be limited to just engineering duties, the ideal candidate will have experience managing a small team. You must have excellent communication skills, be technically minded and a problem solver as you will be managing 3 engineers and a design manager. You will be reporting into the technical director.

This role comes with a very attractive salary, package and bonus scheme:

  • £45,000 basic salary (negotiable)
  • Bonus based on the company share value
