About the Role
Joining them as Head of Retailer Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities and for leading, coaching and motivating the Retailer sales team to achieve the best possible results.
Working with the Commercial Director to define and implement a sales strategy, you will spot market opportunities for new customers and both support team members in business development and actively target key prospects directly. You will be required to set and achieve sales targets whilst carrying out monthly reporting on sales performance against budget.
They are looking for a dynamic and highly driven individual who has a proven track record of sales success to include successfully managing a sales team within the automotive industry. You should have the ability to inspire your team, providing strong leadership, and have detailed experience of CRM systems.
