My global top blue chip client is looking for an expert 1st / 2nd line Support Analyst, someone to work as part of a team of 6 working in an ITIL environment providing IT support to over 800+ employees including remote support VNC across 3 office sites.

Location - Solihull
Duration - 3 Months extendable
Rate - £14ph

You will manage and resolve calls using Service Now and direct IT resolution interaction. Manage all areas of Windows 10/Active Directory account creation in AD software Lync. Office 365, MS Exchange and hardware installation through to configuration of PC/laptops/server builds using Dell equipment as well as supporting users on iPad/iPhone/Androids/. Image creation & Software packaging using SCCM You would have come from a similar hybrid role of 1st line Service Desk role with Desktop 2nd Line.
