SENIOR ADMINISTRATION CLERK (FULL-TIME)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Triton Showers Customer Service department as a Senior Administration Clerk, based at our offices in Nuneaton.

As the UK’s market and brand leader in showers, Triton continues to grow and is therefore looking for an experienced Senior Administration Clerk, who is enthusiastic and adaptable to join Customer Service Administration Team.

The ability to work to strict deadlines in a very busy environment is essential, so we believe this position is likely to suit someone who is confident and looking for a new challenge.

The Key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Action all forms of communication including escalations
  • Answering warranty and credit control telephone calls

  • Ensuring all reports are completed on time

  • Chasing credit control payments

  • Ensuring all forms of payments are processed on time

  • Maintain the service ledger

  • Providing support within the Administration team

  • Development of administration systems and processes

  • Flexibility within the department

  • Supporting the Spares Team

    The successful candidate will need to have:

  • Good computer skills

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills

  • Exceptional telephone manner

  • Enthusiasm and commitment for the role

  • The ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team

  • Credit control experience

The working week will be 35¼ hours based on 9.00 am - 5.00 pm from Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am - 4.00 pm on Fridays.
