Robert Half are delighted to be working with one of its key clients in the education industry who are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to the CFO and Head of HR based in Warwick.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Proactively support the Finance & HR Teams in their day to day activities, offering services daily
  • Management of the CFO's diary, arranging meetings and/or dealing with various matters
  • Remind the Finance Team of all meetings prior to their commencement as appropriate
  • Co-ordinate travel for the Finance & HR Teams as requested,
  • Check post and emails ensuring all are actioned/responded to in a timely manner
  • Arrange regular catch up meetings with the Finance & HR Teams to ensure all work projects, personal tasks etc. are carried out effectively
  • Perform general secretarial tasks, including but not limited to producing letters, reports, memorandums etc. for the Finance & HR Teams
  • Prepare files with all papers for external meetings, check agendas to ensure all relevant paperwork is available,
  • Prepare files with agendas, minutes and other relevant papers for internal meetings

  • Ensure high standards are maintained, progressed and promoted in all areas of work
  • To undertake appropriate professional development and positively participate in the appraisal of own performance

The Successful Applicant MUST have:

  • Previous experience within Education industry/ Charitable organisations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SmartSheets
  • At least 4 years' experience in EA role
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training
  • Committed to ongoing CPD and Professional Development
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organisational and management skills
  • Flexible approach to working
  • Proactive, self-disciplined and patient
  • Ability to work well as a team and provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge, understanding and commitment to safeguarding
