£8-£9 per hour dependant on experience

9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Call Centre Advisor to join a successful and growing company based in Bromsgrove. This will be a varied role providing efficient handling of any after sales matters and providing high quality customer service to consumers, partners and clients.

Duties in this role will include:

• Providing after sales information and advice for customers via telephone and email

• Working to strict KPI's

• Record information accurately

• Be able to establish faults and determine appropriate action

• Follow up on calls through reporting

Essential requirements:

• Excellent telephone manner

• Proven customer service experience

• Be able to communicate effectively across all levels

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Self-motivated and resilient

You will need to have experience working in a customer service or call centre role to be considered for this position. I require candidates who can drive and have their own transport as this company are not accessible via public transport. I also require candidates who are not currently working as this is initially a temporary assignment.
