Bank Support Worker,

required in our residential and Shireliving services in the surrounding areas of Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. Flexible working hours, £8.00 per hour.

As a Support Worker you will;

Deliver care and support in accordance with a Service User’s Care Plan.

Attend Support Planning Meeting and participate in the process of planning care and support.

Help Service Users to achieve personal goals and live as independently as possible.

Maintain a Service User’s dignity and respect and specifically identify an individual’s special requirements associated with their race, culture and/or religion.

To work with families and other professionals in ways that generate positive outcomes for individual Service Users.

Respect an individual’s privacy by maintaining confidentiality and data protection regarding all personal information at all times.

To carryout the role of Support Worker you will need to be;

Motivated with a cheerful disposition.

Outgoing, interested in people and willing to take part in activities such as; day trips, visiting a Service User’s family and trips to the cinema etc.

Confident and able to support Service Users out in local community on a one to one basis.

A quick thinker that possesses the ability to solve problems.

Reliable and honest with a genuine interest in people.
