HR and Training Administrator - Birmingham

Our client, an exciting international logistics business based in North Birmingham, are looking for someone with a keen interest in Human Resources to join their internal HR team, to assist with the delivery of staff training and general HR duties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident administrator and public speaker to join an innovative, world-leading organisation, where they will be given the opportunity to develop an extremely rewarding career within Human Resources.

You will be given the opportunity to get involved with all aspects of HR, inluding; recruitment, discipliaries, health and safety, employee relations, staff training and any other areas required. You will work closely with the HR Manager, assisting them with all administrative duties and will be tasked with providing training inductions to new members of staff on a regular basis.
