Sales Manager - £52,000 Basic Additional Performance Bonuses
An award winning Software House are looking to recruit talented Sales professionals to join their team, based from their offices in Victoria Square, Birmingham City Centre.
They have created a high quality, but competitive and affordable "Business Automation Software" SAAS platform for which the successful applicant will be responsible for devising strategies to increase market share in their target sectors - selling to a variety of businesses including Law Firms, Accountancy Practices, Brokerages, Financial Services companies, Marketers, Call Centres and a wide range of other potential clients.
As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing your own activity and results, the company don't believe in micro managing and will give you the freedom to devise your own strategies to achieve the required results and hit your targets, so it is essential that you are a quick learner, results driven and a self-starter.
You will be responsible for prospecting to create new sales opportunities and securing sales. Opportunities to manage a team will come rapidly once you have proven that you can succeed.
On offer is a fantastic basic salary of £52,000 which can easily be doubled if performance bonuses are achieved.
About the Role:

- Top producers earn in excess of 100k uncapped
