We are recruiting for an Implemenation Consultant for our client in Wellington, Somerset to be involved in all aspects of technical and customer support.

Our client is an innovative, technology based, document management consultancy providing varied services to a wide range of customers such as Commercial organisations, the NHS and Local Government.

The successful candidate will work closely with our ‘Project Support’ team, to meet deadlines and constantly exceed our Customers’ expectations and requirements. They will create bespoke templates to capture, control and output our Customer’s documents, using our unique in-house suite of software.

Principle Activities:

* Understanding and implementing customer requirements from an order
* Organising a project into it’s component parts and completing each; on-time and accurately
* Reporting on project progress
* Analysing and extracting customer data
* Writing and testing bespoke criteria-based rule sets
* Writing and testing bespoke document design templates
* Identifying and escalating issues

The candidates must have minimum 5 GCSE Grade ‘C’ or equivalent, including English & Maths and a depth of experience with Microsoft Office applications is also highly desirable. You would also need to demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal), computer literacy, strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for new and bespoke software.
