An exciting opportunity has become available within our Property Services division working with our Stock Investment team. Could you make a difference and bring new ideas to an already thriving team and exceptional service? If so, we would like to hear from you.
The Stock Investment team is responsible for maintaining the social housing portfolio and the long-term planning of capital investment activity.
The successful candidate will support the management of stock condition data across the housing stock and to provide information to develop strategies and programmes of work to address Decent Homes and other appropriate standards. You should have a good standard of education and have experience of producing stock condition information to inform business decisions.
