Main Duties and Responsibilities.

To provide clerical support to the international Mobility team in efficient enrolment and funding process for mobility schemes.

To assist with preparation for international mobility schemes and disseminate relevant information to students prior to their departure during their placements and upon their return.

To update and maintain information on international mobility registration systems, databases, financial data and operational spreadsheets including mobility partnerships and designated subject areas and ensure that inputted data is accurate.

To perform eligibility checks for various strands of funding based on set eligibility criteria.

To assist in communication with staff and students providing a high level of customer service on the phone, face to face or through emails and hot desk or reception interactions on a range of mobility related queries. Ensuring that enquiries are addressed within a reasonable timescale by the most efficient medium available. This will include maintenance of privacy and confidentiality when required.

To liaise with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure that all documentation related to mobility’s is completed in a timely manner and up to date.

To provide support to the international mobility team with swift processing of grant payments and funding applications for mobility abroad.

To undertake a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the international Mobility team and working in close liaison with other CGE terms.

The ideal candidate will have GCSE math’s and English at GRADE C or above.
Will have OCR I.T qualification or equivalent qualification or experience.
Will have 2 A-levels or equivalent or demonstrable equivalent work experience.
Will have experience working in a busy office environment.
Experience of office procedures.
Will have the Ability to multi task.
Will have the Ability to prioritize.
Will have Good telephone and customer service experience.
Be a strong team player.
Have the ability to monitor and improve job-related processes
