Temporary HR Advisor - Employee Life Cycle

This is a temporary on a FTC basis to 13 September 2018.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide effective and dedicated HR support to employees and line managers across all HR disciplines, escalating to HR Advisor P2 where required
• Administer the HR inbox (askHR) by responding to queries in a timely manner
• Keep records of askHR inbox activity to enable reporting of trends
• Produce and issue new offer letters and contracts of employment
• File management (soft and hardcopy)
• Maintain, update employee data in all HR systems
• Produce letters for contractual changes and merit/bonuses
• Administer the PRP process
• Administer the long service awards
• Ensure all payroll changes are available to payroll for processing
• Prepare monthly summary of all payroll changes
• HRIS Super User
• Leaver administration
• Exit interview tracking
• Arrange training courses as required
• Analytics & Reporting
Skills and Experience:
Min 3-5 years’ experience in a HR admin role
Excellent communication, team working and problem solving
Experience of managing a busy HR mailbox
Confidence in facilitating inductions for new hires
Analytical skills with ability to generate Excel reports/KPI dashboards for headcount/turnover

CIPD qualification / SC cleared ideally
