What’s on offer:

·Full-time office based position

·£19,000 per annum + performance bonuses

Experience/skills required:

·Exceptional computer literacy required(MS tools & experience of previous in-house operating systems)

·Experience in working in a Target and results driven environment

·Knowledge of the energy industry is an advantage but not essential

·Strong ability to prioritise your workload, adapting and responding to changes/conflicting priorities

·Highly self-motivated with a positive “can do” attitude

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of consumers

·Provide exceptional customer service

·A drive for success, passion, and ambition is essential

Job Description:

·Approaching business’s on a cold call basis to book qualified appointments within a designated area for external colleagues who will present the features and benefits of CentralHeating.com to potential regional installation partners

·Develop trusted relationships with regional installation partners, providing support and guidance as and when necessary

·Gaining an understanding of the area you will work in order to generate your own pipeline through research of the key contacts in that area and marketing to and approaching them directly

·Monitor and report on your regional installation partners using the company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system

·Achieve agreed targets and as a result monthly revenues

·Ensure all sales information is kept up to date for effective reporting

·Ensure that all contact, results in a first time resolution

·Identify and action complaints fully and within tight SLA’s

·Weekly reporting on targets and any potential issues

·Operate PureChat to a 15 second initial response and zero negative feedback

·Professionally represent the company at all times
