The Role
CRM and Loyalty is an important and growing area within our client's portfolio of brands, with a database of over 15m customer records. With significant investment in market leading technology our client is now looking to expand their Campaign Delivery team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Campaign Consultant to help support a growing CRM and Loyalty team. As a Senior Campaign Executive, you will do more than just deploy campaigns day to day; you will provide campaign planning support, support the migration of brands onto a new Campaign management tool, you’ll share best practise design, build and campaign optimisation techniques and you’ll help run campaign audits and team skills assessments. This is a varied role and will give anyone joining the team a real opportunity to become an expert in their field.

We want someone with at least 5 years knowledge and experience of data and database marketing from a Marketing focused degree or career. This is an ideal role for someone intrigued by the world of data and how we use this data to make more informed marketing decisions and deliver personalised customer marketing programmes.
As a senior member of the delivery team we are also looking for you to train up other members of the team. You will be expected to manage a minimum of 2 Campaign Executives.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the delivery of portfolio wide campaigns via Adobe Campaign.
• Ensure data selection and data briefs are both accurate, delivered and compliant
• Work with the CRM and Loyalty Manager to understand performance and recommend campaign optimisation
• Liaise with brands to ensure processes and SLAs are adhered to.
• Oversee and traffic the campaign briefs from the brand teams to deployment via the Campaign Executives, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Governance and control – QA, testing, proofing, peer review, naming conventions
• Training
• Best practise consultancy – industry news, optimisation techniques, controls, measurement, DPA and privacy, GDPR
• You’ll also lead a team of 2-3 Campaign Executives; providing training and support to the team as and when required

We are looking for
• Circa 5+ years’ experience of working as a Senior Campaign Manager or Campaign Consultant with an excellent understanding in data and database marketing from a client or agency environment
• You will be experienced in a campaign management tool such as Adobe Campaign, IBM Unica, PeopleStage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience of working onsite with clients to deliver campaigns, best practise guidance, training and support
• Experience of managing complex multi-channel, multi-wave data driven campaign programs across multiple industry sectors
• Excellent understanding of relational data and database marketing, campaign and reporting tools
• Good understanding of campaign reporting and experience of presenting analysis to internal stakeholders to inform future campaign strategy
• Previous responsibility of managing day to day relationships with the ability to carefully manage stakeholder expectations and build excellent working relationships
• Excellent written/verbal communication and time management skills
• Previous experience of managing a small campaign team desirable
