Job title: Divisional Strategic Marketing Analyst or Associate Level

Location: Nuneaton

Hours: 37.5 per week (full-time) Monday-Friday

Permanent/Temporary: Temporary- Maternity Cover for 12 months

Salary: Analyst circa £40k / Associate circa £30k

Role and responsibilities:

·Lead and/or implement Pan-European projects to drive profitable revenue growth

·Provide Revenue Management insights in cross-functional forums tasked to optimize FedEx’s demand & capacity balance.

·Closely collaborate with sales & operations to develop and share expertise in Heavyweight and Freight products.

·Monitor customers and volumes to leverage demand management tactics to optimise the network profitability

·Analyse volume forecasts considering space allocation for individual countries and products and provide recommendations for pricing programs

·Identify, analyse, develop and implement processes, practices and policies to improve operational pricing and revenue-management effectiveness.

The profile:

Business school/University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or MarketingA level of affinity with Logistics/Air Transportation industryExperience with Marketing/Financial principles & concepts Project management skillsStrong (numeric & strategic) analytical skills (MS office package) with the ability to convert data into relevant informationExcellent interpersonal & negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levelsPay & Benefits:
