Link2recruit are currently recruiting for an administrator to work a large waste management from their Birmingham office. The role is temporary on going but has the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

Hours of work: 7am – 3pm

Pay Rate: £9.50-£10.50 dependant on experience and is weekly pay

The role will include:

* Transferring information from existing documentation and input this into new templates of forms, policies, procedures risk assessments, safe systems of work.
* Answering calls and e-mails from customers and suppliers, ensuring their queries are answered and resolved
* Meet and greet visitors
* Data Entry
* Filing
* Support other members of the team
* General administration duties
* Going the extra mile by putting the customer's needs at the heart of everything you do
* Delivering service, team and personal targets
* Completing tasks to strict deadlines in a busy environment

The ideal candidate:

* Highways experience or similar is desirable Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and Outlook

* Utilising strong levels of communication and influencing skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Minimum of 3 year experience in an office/administration environment.
* Knowledge of UK waste and resource industry is desirable
* Understands the need to operate in a compliant manner
* Flexible and understanding of changing priorities and situations
* Must be able and willing to learn multiple computer systems
* Ability to follow processes and procedures and apply flexible approach when required
* Passionate about customer service
* Commitment to continuous improvement
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
