FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

TERRITORY: FROM EAST MIDLANDS UP THE EAST COAST TO EAST LOTHIAN THEN ACROSS TO THE NORTH WEST & NORTH WALES

IDEAL LOCATION TO LIVE: Manchester or North of Manchester with good motorway links

ROLE:

  • This is a true sales role and your successes will be rewarded with an UNCAPPED BONUS SCHEME
  • Selling a portfolio of both products and related aftersales care and support packages / services. This does include a UNIQUE product as part of the offering
  • You are the sole Sales Representative covering this defined geography and therefore will have ownership for all the business on your territory
  • Working with senior stakeholders, you are responsible for both new business and account management
  • Based on the expanse of the geography you are responsible for, we are ideally seeking applications from candidates located close to motorway links i.e. M6, M62, M61, M65 or M66
  • You will be required to spend nights away during your working week – the amount of time is dependent on individual diary management

MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating lasting relationships with all relevant customers and stakeholders for the business
  • Driving sales through 1:1 and group meetings positioning yourself and the company as “Partner of Choice”
  • Creating bespoke solutions as per client request, working with internal departments as required to manufacture new products. Managing the process from conception, production and installation
  • Through natural curiosity, be prepared to question and explore customers rationale for product choices and sell based on appropriate needs
  • Becoming a “Product Expert” and being seen as a resource to customers and integrate into their teams rather than just being perceived as “The Sales Rep”
  • Full territory management including data analysis, identifying opportunities, horizon scanning etc
  • Working within the wider sales team to share best practice to increase business across the board
  • Attendance at International and Regional exhibitions

IDEALLY YOU WILL:

  • Have field sales or commercial sales experience
  • Have experience of managing a territory based on business potential
  • Be motivated by success and driven to achieve results
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be educated to Degree Level, however the Client is willing to consider applications from individuals educated to ‘A’ Level standard

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
  • All applicants must hold a Full UK driving licence with a max of 6 penalty points

PACKAGE:

  • Full basic salary and benefits package on offer to the successful individual
  • This role also comes with an UNCAPPED BONUS SCHEME so you will be rewarded for your inputs/outputs – this is paid on a quarterly basis
