Gleeson Recruitment Group is currently working alongside a fantastic employer based in Lichfield for a permanent Accounts Administrator. This role is paying up to £20,000.

Key Duties of an Accounts Administrator

  • Processing invoices
  • Posting and Allocating Cash
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Identify Discrepancies and resolving problems
  • Processing Cheques
  • Accurately inputting data
  • Processing cancellations
  • Scanning Paperwork
  • Liaising with customers and handling enquiries
  • Updating spreadsheets

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in purchase ledger or sales ledger
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (particularly Word and Excel) to a good standard
  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • AAT Qualified or Part Qualified
