Client is looking for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on short notice.

Description

Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk Duties include the following:

  • Supervising the AP function
  • Month-end
  • Posting journals
  • Obtaining authorisation for payment
  • Processing payment runs via BACS
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Ad hoc financial duties

Profile

The ideal candidate should be immediately available or becoming immediately available (1 week notice maximum).

  • A proven track record of working in an AP function
  • Supervising / Team Leading experience is desirable
  • A strong can do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Great relationship building skills
