Churchill Howard are in partnership with a global Listed manufacturing business based in South Birmingham as they look to bring in a Finance Manager within one of their most successful business units.
You can see this role as essentially being financial controller of your own division. With the assistance of a (qualified) finance analyst, you will be the front line contact for the business unit as well as being a member of the finance leadership team.
You will have a wide area of responsibilities, not only in the business unit but across group and the NYSE listed parent company. Within the unit you will be managing the monthly financial reporting, KPI data, information flow across systems as well as all balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.
You will also need to be a savvy business partner - managing the relationships between your business unit and European entities, business functions and the shared service centre. As well as this, you will be a key business partner in ensuring delivery of business strategy and budget by providing decision making support.
Candidates must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a blend of both technical and commercial finance experience in industry, management experience is not essential.
