My Client is currently recruiting for a Administrator to join their Welfare and Support Team in their Nuneaton Office, initially on a temporary basis, with the potential to turn into a permanent role.

Job purpose:
To provide administrative support on behalf of the Kelly Group, the post holder will be required to work flexibly in an office environment, liaising with internal and external clients
It may be necessary to assist, or cover for, other administrative staff from time to time.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Completion of reports that will be communicated to internal and external clients
Liaising with multiple departments and higher management
Supporting effective working within the team
Managing and maintaining databases and trackers
Administrative duties as and when required i.e. Photocopying, Scanning.
Telephone answering
Assisting your Line Manager and the team to achieve all the required goals
Plus other duties consistent with the position as directed.

Person Specification
For this role you will need administrative experience. It will require excellent attention to detail and an ability to prioritise a number of different tasks.
You must be able to work on your own, be self motivated and have a positive approach at all times. Having a sound knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel and Word is beneficial.
