Customer Services Administrator - Non Food Consumer Goods

Office Based - Dudley

Competitive Salary

Due a recent influx in internet traffic along with a company expansion, our client is looking to bring on a Customer Service Administrator to sit within a team of 3 and assist with running the customer service team.

Our client is one of the UK leaders in manufacturing and sourcing products stationery and Arts & Craft products that are then sold to Educational suppliers and major UK retailers.

The company currently has just fewer than 50 employees and you would be joining a small team of 3 in Customer Services.

Some of the main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Entering orders
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Answering the phone and resolving phone queries
  • Taking payments for orders,
  • Printing delivery notes
  • Booking orders into our carrier software
  • Printing delivery labels.

The business is a major supplier to every educational supplies catalogue in the country and they manufacture products for major stationery brands.

As part of the customer services team, you will be the first point of contact for a customer or potential customer, and you will be able to answer their questions, resolve their problems or give them advice if they need it. The customer’s opinion of the company will rest on your ability to give effective and efficient service, and if this is done correctly, the customer view is only enhanced and will eventually lead to growth and development for the business.

This is an excellent yet challenging role that will help develop the business, and will offer the right candidate the ability to grow and develop within the company.
