Air Conditioning Engineer
My client established in 1947 offer Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities and Maintenance services across all construction projects in all major sectors. They work with both local contractors, public authority and commercial build.
They have remained a family owned business and acts as a role model within the construction industry. They are on of the UK's leading Mechanical and Electrical service contractors. My client employs over 750 employees in over 15 offices with a turnover exceed 150 million.
My client are looking for a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Engineer on a permanent role, to assist with the delivery on there continued and growing contract in Warwickshire.
As the successful Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and attending emergency repairs at sites such as schools, colleges, offices and Fire Stations within the Warwickshire County.
- To Service and Repair
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety
- Attending emergency break downs within service level agreement
- Understanding of escalation procedures Able to assist other engineers and provide technical support
- Ensure all record keeping functions are completed on a daily basis
- Potential overtime available
- NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- F Gas Qualified
- A Background in working on commercial contracts
- A Background working for a leading FM provider
- DBS Checked - Desirable
- Full experience in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Equipment

Salary of £14.14 paid weekly
Higher hourly rate for Multi-Skilled Engineers
Van / PDA / PPE all supplied
On-going support and training as required
Competitive Salary paid weekly - depending on qualifications and experience
