We are urgently seeking to appoint a qualified Mathematics teacher for a 'Good' Ofsted rated secondary school based in South Staffordshire.

We require a mathematics specialist to maintain a high standard of teaching, inspire the students and continue to drive up performance. You will need to be resourceful and innovative in your teaching approach and be able to teaching all aspects of sciences from key stage 3 to 4. This is a full-time position to start immediately for one term.

The school is in a strong position after some fantastic exam results last summer with English and Maths A*-C coming in at 69%, their Progress Score was positive and a string of top A-Level results saw students taking up a wide range of post-18 placements including Russell Group universities, higher-level apprenticeships, specialist courses and full-time employment. It is clear that when it comes to results, this school delivers with the very best of them.

Applicants must have:
A UK recognised teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. BSc QTS, BA QTS, CERT ED, PGCE, B.Ed, etc )
Eligibility to work within the UK
Excellent subject knowledge
Previous experience of teaching Mathematics at key stage 3 and 4
Hold a valid enhanced DBS check
Able to provide references to cover the last 2 years of employment history
