National Account Manager – Confectionery - £40-45k + 10-20% + Car

The Role: The successful National Account Manager will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of High Street and Discounter retail accounts, dealing with head office buyers as well as regional teams. Based from home, the role involves a lot of travel to customer sites as well as some business development activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your expertise in the FMCG market and grow your experience in a commercially savvy and fast paced environment.

The Company: We are currently recruiting a new National Account Manager for a European confectionery company. They have over three decades of expertise in seasonal, pre-packed and single item products and hold a market leading position in their sector, with new and innovative products constantly being brought in to retain this position.

For this National Account Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* Strong track record of managing national retail accounts at head office level
* Candidates with a confectionery sales background are preferred
* Outstanding NAMs with experience in the Grocery sector may also be considered
* You will be commercially astute with excellent communication skills

Benefits of this National Account Manager role:

* £40,000 - £45,000 Base Salary
* + 10-20% Commission
