We are fully approved CMI, ILM and Highfield ABC Centres, and work closely with a number of other organisations to deliver a truly valuable apprenticeship experience with organisational benefits.

We are looking for an experienced, qualified assessor with experience of management & leadership qualifications to join our team, with an opportunity for the right candidate to train as an internal quality assurer.

The perfect candidate will:

·Have solid occupational experience within management & leadership

·Have knowledge and experience of apprenticeship standards

·Have experienceof work-based qualifications

·Have proven experience of successfully managing the full learner journey; initial assessment, on programme assessment and 1:1 delivery using a variety of assessment methods.

·Have the desire to share knowledge and skills with other assessors

·Be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

·Be highly motivated and a team player

·Have an understanding of quality assurance processes

·Have excellent communication skills both within the team and with learners

You will need to be:

·Adaptable, flexible and open-minded

·Able to support the team and develop individuals to reach their potential

·Rigorous with assessment processes

·Quality focused

Qualifications – Ideally you will have:

·An assessor qualification (A1/TAQA)

·A management and leadership qualification (e.g. Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership)

·Evidence of on-going CPD

·Minimum GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English

·Hold a full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle

This role has excellent potential to expand going forward for the successful candidate.

You will have the opportunity to work with clients at all levels in some of the world’s largest companies.

The starting salary range is £22,000 - £30,000 PA based on experience and ability to hit the ground running.
