Tudor Employment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to cover maternity leave, based in Stourbridge.

Responsibilities include:

* Supplier payments – weekly and bi-weekly runs
* Petty Cash
* Paypal reconciliation
* Cashflow
* Update cashbooks daily
* Ordering currency
* Posting journals when required
* Daily and monthly Reporting to Chairman and directors
* Multicurrency Bank Reconciliations
* Sales Ledger Control reconciliation – includes daily input of sales online
* Company credit card distribution and analysis
* Run UK/USA Stock month end reports
* Banking – taking cheques to natwest 2-3 times a week
* Purchase Ledger Intrastat
* Adhoc Sales ledger invoices ref Recharges, Asset disposals, etc.
* Scanning various documents into Filestream
* Other associated duties and other ad hoc tasks to cover when other members of the team are absent due to training, annual leave or sickness

Required qualifications:

* Qualified in AAT (or equivalent)
* GCSE Grades C or above in Maths and English
* Knowledge of Excel
* 2 years or more Accounts experience

Contract length: 9 months (Maternity Cover)
