Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Coventry

Salary: £16,000 to £17,000 DOE (10% bonus)

Our client is a well-established and contemporary Serviced Office Provider based in Coventry. Due to continued success, they are now looking to acquire the services of an enthusiastic and highly-communicative Customer Service Assistant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward thinking organisation, and to support the growth of their internal community.

Main responsibilities:

* Providing an exemplary level of service to clients on a daily basis
* Maintaining the reception area and meeting and greeting clients upon arrival
* Notify clients of visitors and issue the relevant access passes
* Manage incoming post and ensure all outgoing post has been franked/stamped correctly
* Manage the conference and meeting rooms including bookings, ordering catering and refreshments
* Upsell the meeting room spaces, ensuring all seasonal offerings/discounts are advertised appropriately
* Regularly check the kitchens and wash rooms on all floors ensuring they are fully stocked at all times
* Support clients with moving in and moving out procedures, including the setting up of internet connectivity and phone lines
* Create new and manage all existing client files
* Working closely to build and maintain client relationships
* Raising awareness and advertise for upcoming events and networking opportunities
* Supporting the Centre Manager with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry
* Responsible for setting up and managing the show rooms
* Responding to sales enquiries and assisting with client viewings
* All other administrative duties such as, preparing sales packs, logging delivery notes or purchase orders, keeping the welcome book up to date etc.

Key Skills & Experience:

* This is a client facing position, so energy and enthusiasm are essential
* A real team player who is happy to offer support wherever needed
* Strong communication and organizational skills are a must
* Must be highly motivated with the ability to manage own workload
* Must be IT and computer literate
