Regional Sales Manager (Ultrasound Systems)

Based from home covering West Midlands to Oxfordshire

Salary up to GBP50,000 dependent on experience, Car Allowance, Laptop, Mobile, Bonus and Benefits

Candidates MUST have proven experience of selling Ultrasound Systems within the Private and Public Medical industry. A strong robust commercial acumen matched with a personal will to succeed, a strong work ethic, and a passion to be a part of building a business division from the ground upwards.

Candidate Key Skills

* Proven track record of successfully selling into the Medical, Healthcare or Technical field, ideally with Capital Equipment with associated consumables.
* Proven experience within Sales/Services, and promoting to Senior Corporate Executives and Technical decision makers e.g. CEOs, Strategic Planning Directors, Facilities/Estates Managers, Biomedical Engineers, Nursing Staff, Medical Specialty Staff (Anaesthesiology, Radiology, Intensive Care, Nuclear Physicists etc.)
* Experience of operating in a multi-channel environment would be an advantage
* Excellent negotiation & closing skills
* Able to work unsupervised on an individual basis as well as being fully integrated into both the immediate and wider teams.
* Must be IT literate MS Office skills

Duties

* Meet or exceed profitable individual & group sales and profit targets
* A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector
* Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of the product/services.
* Able to present/discuss the technology & clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers
* Maintain up to date market & competitor knowledge related to the product/solutions/services
* Continuously update understanding of customer's clinical and/or operational issues and challenges
* Create viable product configurations meeting customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin
* Differentiate product offering during each stage of the sales process
* Develop sales strategies to guarantee success and growth
* Manage and document sales pipeline through disciplined use of CRM system.
* Drive tender/bid process including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation and closure of their sales opportunities to meet orders/sales/margin targets as well as to maximise customer satisfaction
* Regular reporting of Sales Activity and Pipeline to line management
