If you fit the following description we would love to hear from you: The job role: To support the Head Chef and lead the operation of the kitchen in his absence Produce our great, freshly prepared dishes, consistently presented to our high standards Be fully involved in the planning and implementation of our seasonal menus Ensure great stock control and high food safety standards The chef: Good communicator with excellent leadership qualities Possess a real passion for food Experienced in catering for Weddings and Events Have a commercial approach and be able to achieve good GP Good computer literacy skills, ideally experienced with Pro Wizard Excellent understanding and implementation of Stock Control, Food Safety and H&S
