This is a great opportunity to join a growing and commercially successful company in Evesham as a HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

Working as part of a small HR team in a lively and friendly atmosphere, this role will be a key support role to the Head of HR providing both an advisory and administration service.

Job Description

• Provide HR advice and support with any disciplinary/grievances
• Maternity and paternity leave cases
• Monitor sickness absence, collating all RTW interview documentation. Maintain up to date sickness and absence records and produce reports
• Monitor the 3 month probationary review and communicate with managers accordingly
• Maintain records on the HR system.
• Respond to reference requests
• Process the leaver process and send letters
• Provide support with creating contracts, offer letters, and any T&C changes.
• Control the new starter procedure
• Assist with UK Payroll.
• Assist with interviews in conjunction with the recruiting manager.
• Maintain the intranet home page.
• Collate information and create the monthly HR dashboard and report.

Person Specification

• HR experience, including handling employee relations.
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills: knowledge of HR database systems and MS Office.
• Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to develop excellent relationships with all colleagues and maintain approachability.
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
